The business of Portland is more about business. It’s about people, neighborhoods and culture. It’s about passion. And dedication. It’s about creating jobs and a vision for our city that business owners, residents and government officials share. Neighborhood businesses show their love for Portland all year long. They create and keep more local jobs for our neighbors and donate to local causes at more than twice the rate of national chains. With Valentines Day around the corner, Venture Portland’s Small Businesses Big Hearts campaign encourages you to show some love to neighborhood businesses.
