St Johns Small Business Shopping activation event.  Decoration is put out in front of Participating Store Front Businesses. Businesses are responsible for their own special/sale that day.  Boosters table in the Plaza handing out Maps to the stores.  Love Revolution will Play in Plaza between 2-6.
