Columbia Corridor

Since 1986, the Columbia Corridor Association has focused on economic development for the Corridor by addressing economic, environmental, land use, transportation, water and workforce development issues.  The Columbia Corridor is the largest industrial area in the state of Oregon.  It has more than 2,000 businesses employing nearly 60,000 people.  Employers in the Corridor pay more than $2 billion annually in wages.

Did You Know?

    • Columbia Boulevard is one of Oregon’s oldest commercial corridors – it started as a Native American commerce path between fishing villages.
    • Danner Boots (12021 NE Airport Way) was founded in 1932 and released a boot that was featured in the film 'Wild' in 2014.
    • Since 1983 Leatherman (12106 NE Ainsworth Circle) has crafted quality multi-tools, knives and accessories.
