Portland’s business districts are hosting family-friendly fun that will have you screaming with delight. There are plenty of options for trick-or-treating but you can also enjoy Day of the Dead celebrations, costume contests, pumpkin carving, scavenger hunts, and more. This year, make your Halloween magical by shopping local. Here are a few ways to get into the spirit of Halloween while supporting small businesses.
